Workshops are 90 minutes and are to be designed to be experiential, interactive, inclusive, and aligned with this year’s theme: Many Paths, One Truth.
We request that all presentations include a brief anecdote of the presenter’s spiritual path.
Workshop proposal deadline is March 31. You will be notified on April 15 if your proposal has been selected.
Presenters of workshops selected are eligible for 25% off their registration.

Major US, Mexican, & South America carriers fly into Guadalajara International Airport (GDL) – approximately 45 minutes from Chapala. Official pre-paid taxis are readily available for about USD $40. Additional ground transportation information is available upon registration.

The Hotel Montecarlo offers a serene environment with a natural thermal pool, swimming pool, pickleball and tennis courts. Stroll the beautiful grounds. Sit under 500+ year-old laurel trees. 🌤 Weather in July
Experience Chapala’s famed "Eternal Spring." July is warm and lush, with highs of 26°C (79°F). Expect evening rain showers typical of the season that keep the landscape vibrant and the air clean. Mornings can be cool. Light layers, comfortable walking shoes, and a rain jacket are highly recommended.
💡 Local Tips
Central Chapala and the lakefront are pedestrian-friendly. Spanish is helpful, but many locals near the venue are English-friendly. Most local vendors and restaurants prefer Mexican Pesos, though hotels and larger stores accept major international credit cards. Exchange currency prior to arrival or at the airport. ATMs are available locally.
